Old Oakland

The other day we went to Downtown Oakland. It had pretty tall building around the City Hall building. We went around the town and a woman a leading the way. She also talked about some stores and some people of the past. We went inside the City Hall building. It was so beautiful. It was very decorated and clean. It was so nice from the inside and from the outside. The building has paintins and pictures and a mini-City Hall building. The mini building showed how it was build to be strong enough in case of an earthquake. It showed how much more metal they added. They added a lot. After the tour we went near the City Hall building and we took a break and ate lunch and wrote about what we did in our journals. It was an interesting field trip in my opinion.
